Sponsorship Levels for ATC Endurance Multi-Sport Events

-Levels listed are for the entire ATC race series of four events.

Title and Naming Sponsor

  • -  Identification as the Title Sponsor in event press releases and marketing materials. Event would be titled “Your Company” Triathlon.
  • -  An opportunity to market sponsor products and services to race participants,volunteers, and spectators. Title sponsor will be given priority to all othersponsors in all areas of marketing and advertising at the event
  • -  Logo placement in key areas of race publications, apparel, entry form, website, and online registration forms. Title sponsor will be given themajority of coverage on race publications
  • -  Logo placement on front of race shirt above the race logo
  • -  Link from event website (www.atcendurance.com) to sponsor web page
  • -  Logo placement in key areas of race day operations to include the start, finish,transition areas, and key areas of the race course with banners provided bysponsor
  • -  Recognition in race day announcements, on the course, and during the awardsceremony

Major Sponsor

  • -  Identification as a Major sponsor in press releases and marketing materials
  • -  Opportunity to market products and services to participants on race day
  • -  Company logo on official race shirt
  • -  Logo placement in areas of race publications, entry forms, and website
  • -  Link from event website (www.atcendurance.com) to sponsor web page
  • -  Logo placement in areas of race day operations to include the start, finish, andtransition areas with banners provided by sponsor
  • -  Recognition in race day announcements and during the awards ceremony

Supporting Sponsor

  • -  Identification as a Supporting Sponsor in press releases and marketing materials
  • -  Opportunity to market sponsor products and services to race participants
  • -  Company listing on official race shirt
  • -  Logo placement on the registration form
  • -  Link from event website (www.atcendurance.com) to sponsor web page
  • -  Logo placement at the Start/Finish Line with banners and/or signs provided bysponsor
  • -  Supporting Sponsor recognition at the post-race Awards Ceremony

All sponsors will have the opportunity to name a certain portion of the event. Based on the size of the advertisement, sponsors can pick from a variety of events to name within the triathlon. Areas of the race include; post race party, transition area, swim/bike/run course sponsor, etc… If you have a particular portion of the event you want named, please let us know.
